Zylux Fits & Fixes

We want you to feel confident in every piece you wear from Zylux. If something doesn’t fit or feel right, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.

🔁 Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 to 6 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Sale items, innerwear, and accessories are not eligible for return unless defective.

🔄 Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for size or color (subject to availability).

  • Exchange requests must be made within 1 to 3 days of receiving your order.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, you can choose a refund or store credit.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Discounted products (unless faulty)

📦 Return or Exchange Process

  2. Share your order number, return/exchange reason, and photos if applicable.

  3. We'll guide you through the steps and arrange a pickup if eligible.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Free return pickup is offered for first-time returns/exchanges.

  • If pickup isn’t available in your area, you may need to send it back manually.

  • After the first free return, standard return shipping fees may apply.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • You can choose to receive your refund via original payment method or store credit.

❗ Wrong or Damaged Product?

If you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours. We’ll resolve it with a free replacement, exchange, or full refund.
